Terms and Conditions

General

The following information relates to use of our online payment system. Together, they form the Mayglothling Waste Ltd Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our online payment system.

This site is owned and operated by Mayglothling Waste Ltd, Yaidon, Penrhos, Kington, Herefordshire, HR5 3LH.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time without notice to you and you agree to be bound by any such changes in your subsequent use of the Site.

This facility is provided for the payment of an invoice raised by Mayglothling Waste Ltd. Any payment made using our online facility MUST include the Invoice Number that you are intending to pay.

Security & Privacy

We take the security of your personal information and your payment very seriously. To ensure your security and privacy, we use online credit card processing facilities provided by Barclaycard.

Your online payment will take place in real time, and Mayglothling Waste Ltd will never see your credit card details. You can thus have complete confidence that our online payment facility is secure and safe to use.

Customers should check that the account details and contact information they provide are correct before proceeding to the final payment process. Failure to provide the correct details could delay the credit of your payment to your account with us.

Delivery of Goods and Services

This website-payment system is intended primarily for customers to settle an invoice for services already rendered to the customer by Mayglothling Waste Ltd. Under these circumstances, payment will be deemed to be for services already delivered.

If your payment relates to an item or service that has not yet been delivered, you will have been notified prior to the issue of our invoice when to expect the goods or service to be delivered. If the goods you ordered are out of stock, or we are unable to provide a service on the agreed date, we will contact you to inform you.

Complaints/Refunds policy

Any customer complaints should in the first instance be addressed to jon@mayglothlingwaste.co.uk or you can contact us on our normal telephone number, 01544 230364. Our full postal address can be found at Contact Us.

If we receive a complaint regarding our online payment service we will adhere to the following guidelines:

1. All complaints received are acknowledged via email or your preferred customer contact method.
2. All complaints received are confidential.
3. We aim to resolve any complaint and reach a mutually acceptable outcome for both parties within 5 working days.

 Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
